This classic Rhône white wine from St. Péray is crafted from a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne grapes grown in the Gripa family vineyards, which date back to the 17th century. The 2023 vintage beautifully captures the character of the region’s terroir, offering aromas of ginger, lemon blossom, and a touch of fresh honey, lifted by a subtle honeysuckle note.
On the palate, it shows well-balanced weight and rounded texture, with flavours of orange blossom, grapefruit pith, and a refined herbaceous finish. This versatile white pairs perfectly with rich white fish dishes and fresh seafood pasta.
