Without Water
Nose: Apple skins with a delicate floral edge. Malty notes with a hint of spices and peppercorns.Palate: Floral, leafy with a drying spiciness. Hints of voilets and
pot pourri and a dry, toasted flavour.With Water
Nose: Slightly sweeter with fragrant (green leafy) aromas - hints of bracken and gorse. The fruity element develops.Palate: Spicy with hints of cedar wood, some toasted malt and a hint of plain chocolate.
Body: Light.
Finish: Short, toasted malt.
