A 12 Year Old Blair Athol courtesy of Gleann Mor Rare Find. Unlike the classic Flora and Fauna bottling, which focuses on sherry maturation, this bottling was aged exclusively in a single bourbon cask. This bourbon cask maturation allows for the rich characterful Blair Athol spirit to shine. The nose presents with aromas of shortbread biscuits, golden syrup and baked apples translating to flavours of baked apples, lemon juice, and buttery puff pastry treats on the palate.
