Product Description
An iconic mead, this bottle comes from the historic Holy Island of Lindisfarne, off the Northeast coast of England. Produced using traditional methods at the St. Aidan's winery, with honey from around the world, which is then mixed with fermented grape juice, and herbs before being fortified. All this comes together to make a wonderfully round and balanced drink with depth and complexity. The natural sweetness of the honey is balanced by a subtle acidity, which combines to create a medium sweetness and a bright and refreshing flavour.
