Thomson Whisky Rest of the World Whisky

Thomson distillery is run by husband-and-wife team Mat and Rachael Thomson. They started in 2009 as an independent bottler, releasing whisky from the closed Willowbank distillery, which formerly operated near Dunedin on New Zealand’s South Island. In 2014, the Thomsons opened their own distillery at the other end of the country, just outside the capital city of Auckland.
