Rum
Green Island is a classic style of Mauritian Rum from as early as the 1960’s. Mauritian Rum is typically made from red or yellow sugar cane which was planted on the island during British rule in the early 1800’s. Mauritian rum is famous for its infusions of vanilla bean, pineapple, coconut and passionfruit grown locally on the Island.
