Camut

The Camut family have been distilling Calvados in Pays d’Auge for almost 200 years, and the distillery is still run by three Camut brothers. Camut use up to 25 of the 800 varieties of apple grown in Normandy for their Calvados, which makes for a balanced spirit. Furthermore, they only use apples grown on the estate itself, never from elsewhere.
