Skipper Demerara Dark Rum is distilled in Guyana at the Diamond Distillery (where the famous El Dorado is made). This distillery boasts nine different types of stills seven of which are used to make this rum, and two of those seven are the distillery’s famous wooden stills (the Port Mourant double wooden pot-still and the Enmore wooden Coffey still).
