Founded in Seattle by two experienced beer brewers, Copperworks was founded with the ambition to bring a craft beer sensibility to American distilling. Today, the brand experiments with barley strains and brewers' yeasts that push boundaries of flavour in its acclaimed whiskeys – single malts made with Scottish pot stills they may be, but this is a truly contemporary American distillery.
