Double Cask
Macallan’s Double Cask series, launched in 2018, does what it says on the tin: brings together whisky matured in two different types of cask for a dram that’s the best of both worlds.
In this series, the distillery sticks to its trademark sherry maturation, using a combination of European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks to add a mixture of vanilla and spice notes to its single malt.
You can explore the Double Cask series below, from the previously-launched expressions to the brand-new 15 Year Old and 18 Year Old releases.
