Black Heart Rum is still available in New Zealand, but British Customs will not let you obtain it, because Kiwi bottle it at 75cc and HMRC limit is 70cc.

I can't understand why this product went off the market . I am a rum drinker and have tried various varieties but non can compare. My only saving grace is that I bought and have kept a large quantity to keep for very special occasions

This drink is my favourite tipple, infact the only drink I like,so when out now I go tea total. So very disappointing that the company has decided to no longer make it, hence how nobody can it any longer. Start making it, bring it back lots of consumers out there, whom like myself enjoy.

Re Black Heart Navy Rum. I sat on one bottle for 27 years before I cracked it open and took about two years to finish it. I was a barman in South Africa and used to sell the rum to people from various parts of SA and Southern Rhodesia. The last time I bought it was from Harrods in London UK pre 1989. I still have my two empty bottles that I treasure. I never liked Red Heart Rum. Now living in Canada

I drank this excellent rum when I lived in Glasgow some years ago,I have never found a rum that can match it for taste, beautiful and smooth with a nice colour.Sadly unable to find it anywhere in England, currently living in Weymouth,Dorset,so if you know of anywhere it can be purchased near here I'd be if you would let me/us know. Many Thanks

I drank this excellent Rum many years ago, when I lived in Glasgow, however I moved to the Northof Scotland, and it was unavailable,so I started on OVD,this is another superb Rum,also known as "Welders Rum" as I am a Welder to trade,it was an easy conversion, but next time I'm doon the road,I will get a case, and renew my relationship with this spirit.
