What an experience. Already for many years I’m drinking Makers Mark despite the fact that it is not always easy to obtain in the Netherlands. And than the surprise in an Austrian bar: Makers Mark Black Label! I did not know about existence. And of course I wantend to taste it. And then... long time silence. It’s too difficult to describe the experience. It’s not possible to buy in the surroundings of my home. But I keep looking!

As a single malt scotch fanatic, Maker's Mark Black Label was the only bourbon I recall of ever having enjoyed throughout the years I lived in the States. It took me to a journey every time I sipped it from the glass, served neat, of course. Now I am shocked to see its current price, which is obviously due to the product having been discontinued. I would never pay £250.00 for it, but I in fact know a couple of Americans who would for this lovely ''whiskey''.

THIS IS THE BEST AND STANDER TO COMPARE ALL OTHER BOURBONS BY. NEVER TO BE MIXED AND ONLY STRAIGHT AND NEAT. NOT TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE TRUE DRINKER WHO WANTS THE BEST.
