Update! I found Jamie Boudreau's Cubed Old Fashioned that calls for equal parts Aged Rum, Bourbon and Cognac, dark sugar syrup and dashes of Angostura, Orange and Bitter Truth Chocolate. I used the Bitter Truth bitters from this pack and made an amazing drink! I may only have one drink under my belt that uses Chocolate Bitters, but it's a great one. Try it!

Worth the price of admission for the Aromatic, Orange and Creole alone to keep in your coat pocket, with the added excitement of having two new and slightly obscure bitters for your drinks cabinet.I'm as yet a bit stumped as to what to do with the Chocolate - though have neglected the task somewhat - but the Celery is perfect for Bloody Marys and other herbal drinks.My next task is finding a nice little leather case to keep them in.
