Product Description
Finished in Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes casks, this has all the expected Bruichladdich characteristics - seaspray, brine, floral notes - with a deliciously smooth extra veneer of sweetness. A deservedly popular 'Laddie.

I have been drinking single malts, though not regularly, for the last 30 years. Last evening I had some, after a long time, and fell head over heels in love, once again.
Just got a bottle of this for my bday and have to say its very nice. At first I thought it was the 12yr old but when I tasted it was much more complex so i had another look at the bottle and realised it was the 15yr old which explained it!
I had a chance to try Bruichladdich 15 YO - 2nd Edition for the first time a couple of weeks ago and my god, it is a superb dram! Complex, smooth, very well-balanced with notes of spring flowers and sweet malt. Don't expect peat from this one; however, there is certainly a touch of oak, which is rather vibrant and pleasant. Elegance defines the very characteristic of this whisky, it is a steal at its current price!
