Aromas of toffee and green apple. Adding a dash of water brings out hints of smoke.

A punchy dram with the heat more than balanced by green apple and a hint of pineapple and lime. Water both intensifies the fruit and allows the smoky notes to come through and elegantly integrates all the flavours together.

A long finish with notes of green apple and lime continuing for almost a minute.
