Light but polished whisky. Soft oak, brine and plenty of malt on the nose. Clear, fresh and mild but good quality. White wine flavours. The cask doesn't dominate here but allows the malted barley to shine.
I drank a Cadenhead's edition (11YO), mmm. Very chocolatly, with raisins and mentholly ending. Yum!!!
White chocolate, malt, vanilla, salt, white pepper, dry grass, slight grapeyness, a touch of sherry. Dry and complex.
