The pinnacle of the Windswept Brewing Co range, the Wolf of Glen Moray is aged in whisky casks from the eponymous distillery (which had originally held Jack Daniel's). Rich, malty and chocolatey, this is a delight when matched with beef, venison or oysters.

This was a big shame, I had really high hopes for this bottle but it just didn't wow me like I hoped. The taste was very deep, and if the bottle wasn't so expensive may be tempted to give it another try.

It's smoky, and got a kinda chocolatey taste as well, mix jd with a bottle of doom bar and you'll be pretty close. The whisky taste is very pronounced as well but not overpowering. Would be nice with steak.
