An interesting whiskey. The fruitiness is more reminiscent of European brandy. Tastes pretty young and spirity. Not bad, but not really my thing. Black Bush absolutely destroys it.
A good sipper, nice blend of malt and grain. Malt forward, smooth finish, I recommend a cube. Good value at this price point.
Tasting notes are accurate, wood is the first thing I noticed ( no pun intended :) ) smooth, tasty and ultimately quite unique. ...I like it!
