My daughter was in Ireland recently and brought back a bottle of Glendalough. All my visitors have loved it so much that I have not gotten the opportunity to drink it for any comparison rating, but I did try it once and thought it had an extremely distinctive flavor that I found exceptional enjoyable: with a smooth bite and finish. After I realized that my “supply” was gone, I immediately went online to order more - and there you were! Thank you for a speedy shipment so that I can experience this fine gin once again.
Disappointed at first. Found it quite harsh but changing from a traditional tonic to an elderflower gave it a new lease of life.
This a beautiful gin. It takes me right back to Glendalough itself. It is many layered as the tasting notes imply. Dingle gin is indeed wonderful but this is something else. Gorgeous
Not a gin drinker just provider! The response was wonderful, strong, different, interesting and to quote "distinctly flavoursome".
Makes a stunning gin and tonic with pink gratefruit and star anneise. Dingle gin is great this is even better.
