I love this stuff, it might be my favourite. For a cask strength it is very approachable and the nose is surprisingly complex as the alcohol doesn't get in the way. It has that lovely sweetness that you would expect on the palette (it reminds me of that 'Pink and White Nougat Bar') but it also has a lot more going on than the Pot Still blend and there are a few fruity notes to pick out along with sweet spices. The finish is outstanding, really lovely. I like how they didn't chill-filter it despite the high volume so it will go a bit cloudy if you add a bit of ice, but sure why what you want to? It is pricey compared to their other offerings, but it is a very unique bottle. People might say it lacks a bit of depth for the price, but what it has going on is all really lovely and approachable, and it's character comes from its simplicity in my opinion.
