Product Description
An absolutely fantastic take on an old tom gin from Adam Elmegirab's House of Botanicals. Maple gin dates back over 100 years, when it was produced by the Buffalo Distilling company in New York. Adam has modernised the recipe, basing it on his classic Old Tom gin but with a touch of maple syrup added at the end as an alternative sweetener. A very limited edition, within only 1000 bottles produced this year – get it whilst it lasts.

A team full of passion for their craft and products, with the awards to prove the hallmark of their quality (not that you’ll need the evidence if you have the pleasure to taste the range)!. The Old Tom is a delight across all serves, from neat - to G&T - to a range of cocktails (try it in a Corpse Reviver for the win!). If you want something truly special, then branch out the the Mapel Old Tom for stunning effects! Fully recommended!

This really works, fresh bite of spice and maple on the finish. Sipping it over ice for me.
Very smooth with a touch of sweetness, which I didn't think I'd like but this is a special gin.
