Nose
Oranges, stewed apples and spicy donuts dusted with cinnamon sugar and nutmeg. Grapefruit and lemon zest push through the middle, followed by a cloud of incense-like herbs and spices.

Palate
Rich brown sugar, singed caramel and more cinnamon sugar. Green leaves sit alongside clove and nutmeg. Bitter lemon and orange roll in behind, balanced by sweet anise and a touch of mint cream.

Liquorice and mint with lemon and lime fruit gums. Dark chocolate and piney hints linger.
