This limited-edition small-batch single malt from Ben Nevis distillery has been matured in first-fill bourbon, sherry and wine casks, creating a rich, fruity character with a strong vanilla undercurrent. The palate offers notes of caramel, coffee, dates and raisins, with hints of dark chocolate, red berries and a whiff of smoke building in the background.
