This heavily-peated Speyside single malt from Benromach distillery was made in 2010 and matured in first-fill sherry hogsheads, before being bottled in 2018. Honey, marmalade, and vanilla aromas build, alongside chocolate, dried fruit and subtle tobacco smoke. The palate offers notes of sweet honey, white peppercorns, stewed fruits and dried fruits, before hints of ginger build against a background of bonfire smoke and citrus.
