A special single vintage bottling from Chairman's Reserve. The rum was distilled in 2005 and is a mix of spirit from the St Lucia's distiller's John Dore pot still and traditional Coffey column. The two rums were matured for four years separately in ex-bourbon casks before being blended and then matured for a further 10. The result is a toffee- and vanilla-forward rum with a background of tobacco, spice and chocolate.
