This rich, fruity rhum agricole hails from the Caribbean island of Marie-Galante. It spent seven years maturing at source before heading to Amsterdam where it was finished for a short time in an ex-calvados cask. Expect grassy notes of fresh cane, layered with raisins, apples, pears, liquorice and spice.

The name Hiali comes from the legendary forefather of the Kalinago people, indigenous to what is now called the Lesser Antilles. At least 10% of the profit from every bottle Tamosi sells goes to support indigenous communities around the world.
