Nose
Crunchy nut cornflakes with freshly sliced, balanced sweet-and-sour green apple. Buttered toast with honey, beeswax-polished oak and sultana notes build along with soft spice and apple sauce. Garibaldi biscuits and nutmeg-spiced cookie dough develop.

Palate
A big hit of orchard fruit and brown sugar leads to balanced fruity acidity and honey. Bittersweet toffee sits in the middle, with a touch of leafy mint and building chocolatey notes : dark chocolate and biscuits.

Finish
Spiced honey, dark chocolate and buttered black bread. That fades to reveal intense orchard fruit, baking spice.
