Normally don't do reviews but this is quite poor. The aftertaste is somehow strong and bland. Having to use it for cocktails and blending.
With Big Les on this. Too young and raw; no discernible characteristics other than a slightly synthetic aftertaste. Maybe a hint of apple or vanilla. W&M chasing volume over quality.
I’ve just finished my first glass of this Whisky , and it is dry in the mouth with a taste of cardboard.
A nice sweet whiskey, easy drinker, low burn. 14 Yr rye cask is good if you crave more depth and heat.
A nice rich scotch which is sweeter and with more woody body than other Jura offerings. Not the smoothest but also low on the burn. Lots of flavour, but quite a balanced flavour profile. Going to enjoy this by the fire as autumn comes in I think!
