It's packed with rye, toffee and caraway with layers of spice.

Nose
Toasted rye bread and hone, caraway seeds and salted caramel. Toffee and caramel are balanced by toasty grain, butter and a touch of light fruit cake. Sweet candied peel builds, joined by dried apricots, muscat grapes and sultanas. Tropical notes peek out with time in the glass: pineapple and mango.

Palate
Big hit of freshly crushed grain to start: spicy rye with creamy porridge. Baking spices and fresh apricots build, along with butter, sultanas and candied peel. Spiced rye bread notes are balanced by sultana-studded sponge cake with a background of polished oak.

Finish
Dark fruit notes of berries and cherries linger, complemented by dark oak and spice.
