The first organic Champagne from Devaux, this is made from 100% Pinot Noir and has a rich and full profile. Expect notes of red fruit, a touch of salinity and layers of rich, biscuity patisserie.

Devaux is based in the Cote des Bar, the southernmost part of Champagne, which has a growing reputation for producing sparkling wines from Pinot Noir which have both power and finesse. Devaux makes good use of oak to age their reserve wines allowing them to develop greater complexity and more savoury notes, which are particularly well suited to Pinot Noir led wines.
