Product Description

A 12-year-old expression bottled in 2022 as part of Glenmorangie’s Barrel Select series. As a distillery first, this whisky was aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for four years in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks. The palate offers complex layers with flavours of fruity dark plums, rich milk chocolate, Brazil nuts and sweet vanilla spice that unite on the finish, creating notes of dry oak.

    Gerrymandering

    A lovely warming sherry infused dram. Gorgeous amber colour. Oak, vanilla and sherry on the nose, possibly even a little marzipan. Warming vanilla and oak on the palate, and a smooth dry spiciness on the finish. Have always loved Glenmorangie whiskies. Absolutely detest the new labelling, as the gaudy syllable split, colour coded branding belongs in a filing cabinet. However, you will not be disappointed with this expression.
