For the final bottling in the Equilibrium series, Decadent Drinks has created this 22-year-old, multi-vintage single malt to showcase a balance of sherry and peat. This expression marries a peated and unpeated malt made at an undisclosed distillery – in a second-fill sherry hogshead. The result is a richly sherried whisky with a medium level of peat, delivering a wonderfully complex dram.
