While working at a local winery, Vito Lauria spent his spare time renovating his family’s winery, which he now runs full-time. All wines are farmed organically, with a focus on Sicily’s noble local varieties. One such variety is Frappato, known for producing light, fruity wines. The wine reveals aromas of strawberry compote and raspberry. On the palate, you'll find notes of raspberry jam, black tea, fresh strawberry, and cranberry. Chill it slightly and serve as an alternative to Beaujolais or Pinot Noir.
