The Quiet Rebels this year are a husband-and-wife team who moved to the distillery in 2019 and have been part of it ever since. Sarah leads the bottling operation and isn't a fan of neat whisky, so in her honour, the distillery has released a first: a cream liqueur. Enjoy it straight from the fridge or poured over ice for a delicious treat. It's vegan and dairy-free, too!

Just opened and smooth warm gentle and very very moreish got a couple of bottles direct from distillery as presents in addition to my own and not sure they last long enough! Absolutely amazing especially as Vegan exceeded expectations which were high.
