Matthieu and Marie Boesch are 11th-generation vignerons, with their family estate in Alsace dating back to 1640. Today, Domaine Boesch is both certified organic and biodynamic, and their vineyards have become a thriving habitat for local wildlife—an inspiring example of sustainable viticulture.
This Gewurztraminer is bottled with very low sulphur and is bone dry, offering a pure and focused expression of the grape. Despite the dryness, it retains the classic Gewurztraminer aromatics of ginger, lemongrass, rose petal, and Turkish delight.
A vibrant and refined example of this aromatic variety, it's a perfect pairing for dishes with gentle spice—think Thai or Chinese cuisine.
