An exciting single cask bottling out of the Blair Athol distillery and bottled by indie bottler Adelphi. This whisky offers a unique expression, with this bottle of Blair Athol having aged in an ex-bourbon cask, as opposed to the ex-sherry cask that is common for the distillery's maturation. Maturation in an ex-bourbon cask highlights the floral character of the distillate, expect a bright character with soft orchard fruits, vanilla, honey, and floral notes.
