Roe & CoIrish Whiskey
Launched in 2017, Roe & Co's first whiskey was created in a collaborative effort between Dublin-based bartenders and master blender Caroline Martin, focusing on crafting a whiskey that is at home in a cocktail, on the rocks or served neat. It is a whiskey perfected by bartenders, for bartenders.
The distillery opened in 2019 and is equipped to work with a lot of different mash bills, spirit styles and distillation techniques, perfect for creating delicious, creative whiskey. Learn more.
