Bardinet

Bardinet was founded in 1857 by Paul Bardinet from Limoges, France. Bardinet started experimenting with tafia, a crude alcohol created by distilling the juice of sugar cane. 1895 Bardinet's son moved to the Bordeaux region and with a few handpicked master blenders started to experiment with fruit, syrups and cocktails.
