Lustau's East India Solera is a rich-cream sherry made with 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximenez. The two parts are aged separately for 12 years and then married together for the final three. Rich and full bodied with notes of prune, burnt-orange peel, spice and nuts. This works especially well with foie gras, creamy cheese, or lighter desserts.
