Nose: Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.
Taste: Complex, multi-layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.
Finish: The crisp Japanese sansho pepper brings a little spiciness to the finish.

One of the best gins I have ever tried. Quality and price are well balanced. As in all the Japanese handcrafted products you can notice the special detail for the perfection looking for the total customer satisfaction. Can be enjoyed alone without the necessity of mixing with tonic. Very smooth and tasty. I recommended it.
