Worth of trying, pleasingly surprising! I have had bad experiences in the past with other tequila brands and I must say this had completely changed my perspective. I will buy more bottles, highly recommend.
Fine tequila. Smooth with hints of spice best over ice.
I felt let down. Great expectations but I felt not an authentic brand. And for price, quality and authenticity Ocho and Tapatio win hands down. But it's elegant and for those who enjoy elegance and style mostly. Concept tequila by Europeans for export only to a wealthy target market. But it is made well. Tastes of slow cooked pine and good agave flavour. A bit of a burn but it should have. I would go Ocho and Tapatio though. For a pint (500 ml) it is overpriced. It should be under 30 IMO. So I give it a 3 but deduct a point for price. I don't care about the bottle.
It's truly delightfull. Served chilled it's my new favourite digestive or nightcap. Or anytime cheeky tipple. It is so clean, soft and elegant but also complex on the nose and to the taste. IMO the best white tequila for the money. And Blanco is what tequila and mezcal are about. To taste the qualities of the magical agave. With Goya you do. In some ways it is like drinking an artisan mezcal without the same smokiness.
