The second batch of west London distillery Bimber's ex-bourbon cask single malt whisky has been matured exclusively in bourbon barrels and bottled in October 2020. Aromas of sweet red fruits and vanilla are complemented by notes of soft oak spice, green apples, vanilla ice cream, caramel and baking spices throughout the palate.
