This Bowmore is part of the first release of Symington’s Choice bottlings from Signatory, hand selected by Andrew Symington from his favourite casks. Distilled on 23 September 1997 and aged in an oloroso sherry butt for 25 years, yielding 616 bottles on 9 February 2023.
