Wonderful service & a beautiful bottle for my collection “I’m not a whisky drinker — I collect these bottles for their heritage, craft, design and story, so I can’t comment on flavour or notes! ?? However the bottle itself arrived perfectly — immaculate condition, exactly as described. I especially want to say huge thanks for the absolutely wonderful customer service: your team kindly held my order securely until I returned to the UK, which was such a great help. The lady I spoke with was polite, professional, friendly & went above & beyond — that care really stood out. Beautiful bottle, brilliant experience, wouldn’t hesitate to order again — thank-you so much!” ????? 5 STARS — fully earned purely on service & care
