Product Description

Bottled to celebrate Whisky Show 2024, this stunning English whisky was distilled at Spirit of Yorkshire and finished in a beer cask from the neighbouring Wold Top brewery. The result is a perfect marriage of fruity and aromatic spirit with the citrus and herbal notes of hoppy Scarborough Fair IPA. Banana bread, lemon cake and granola show first on the nose, followed by grapefruit, pear drops and macadamia nuts. The long finish is punctuated by hints of lemon thyme, fresh cream and warm cereals.
