This independently bottled Dailuaine was released by Elixir Distillers for its Single Malts of Scotland series. You can expect notes of raspberry coulis, melted vanilla, and praline ice cream, layered with caramel wafers, dusty chocolate, and ripe conference pear. It was matured in a small batch of two sherry butts, one sherry hogshead, and a heavily charred barrel.
