Product Description
Another of Gordon & Macphail's long-aged Glen Grants which, along with Glenfarclas, represent the best-value long-aged sherried Speysides available. Thankfully, Glen Grant is one of those special Speysiders (like Glenfarclas, Mortlach and Macallan) that is capable of withstanding immense oak ageing without tasting like a pile of wet sawdust.

As a lover of Scotch Single Malts, I have, of course, visited the island and its treasures in person. Originally from northern Germany and born in 1962, it was an immense pleasure for me to get my hands on a 1962 Glen Grant. This amber-coloured elixir awaits my renewed appreciation every year. Its mature character flows thick and full across my tongue, and anyone who can should, like me, add a few drops of fresh, low-mineral water from a raised bog. Liquid Love
