Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Producer's Notes
Nose
Pineapple, passion fruit and new-car leather. Candied and jellied fruit notes develop: papaya, guava, lime, Seville orange, blood orange and nectarine. Banana and toasted spice notes build, with prominent clove notes.
Palate
The spice and bananas lead: creamy banana pie with a generous dusting of ground clove and cinnamon. The banana remains as apples and pineapples roll in. Dark and weight oily notes sneak in behind.
Finish
Cinnamon spice and sweet banana fade to reveal apple jam and mint.
Comment
Layers and layers of fruit are carefully balanced by cream and a touch of dark and dirty oiliness.

I have tried many rums and this has just become my favorite by far. Can really taste the jamaican pot still method that seems to give a rich distinctive taste. Higher abv then average but still easily a sipping rum
Not impressed by this rum. Not getting any depth in the palate – frankly it's a bit lightweight.
Was recommended to me by a friend but it did not impress, I expected more depth. This reminds me of Irish whiskey. Clearly a quality rum but not my favorite.
This was a very welcome Christmas present. This is a very special run indeed packed with exotic fruit.
