My favorite Irish whiskey by far. Visiting Ireland often for work, a local friend suggested it,& from the moment I tried it, I loved it. Unique potent taste that distinguishes it from other Irish whiskeys. Always have a bottle in my cellar
This is without doubt, (Distillers Cut) to the best whiskey I have ever tasted. I have for a long time been a drinker of Gold Label among others and never missed an opportunity to buy a bottle or two whenever I found it. My best friend who sadly died last year lived at Trallispean Beach ( South of Baltimore) and whenever I visited him two or three times a year, always had a bottle of Gold Label on the mantle piece which he bought for my visits and affectionately described as “Holy water” As long as this brand is available in England I will be buying and drinking it - I hope Tesco’s will continue stocking it
