80/20 is a new iteration of Bushmills popular Black Bush blended Irish whiskey, released in 2022, that is made with a combination of 80% Bushmills single malt matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and 20% Irish grain whiskey. Aromas of rich fruitcake, toasted walnuts, sherry-soaked raisins, baking spices and oaky spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of allspice, ripe peaches, walnuts, almonds, dried fruit, black pepper and vanilla throughout the palate.

    Got this whiskey in the airport as a present. I don't know much about whiskey so I asked the assistant to wow me, and she did. Amazing taste for the value. The person who got the bottle was also wowed with the beautiful complexity of the flavour. Definitely 5 stars. I will get one for us on the way back.
